Food Tour of Montpellier
At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Three Graces fountain in the Place de la Comédie to begin a tour that explores the gastronomy of Montpellier. A local guide will present the typical products of this southern French city as we walk through the historic center of Montpellier.
Our first stop will be a traditional market where we'll taste a selection of regional cheeses. Next, we will sample oysters sourced from the port of Sète.
The tour continues as we taste fougasse, a traditional southern French bread, along with puff pastries, olive oils, tapenades, chocolates, and Occitanian wine.
After exploring the flavors of Montpellier, we will return to the starting point and conclude the gastronomic tour after 3 hours of exploration.
