Food Tour of Montpellier
At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Three Graces fountain in the Place de la Comédie to begin a tour focused on Montpellier's gastronomy. Together with a local guide, we'll discover the typical products of this southern French city while exploring the historic center of Montpellier. The tour will start with a visit to a traditional market where we'll taste a selection of regional cheeses.
We will also sample outstanding seafood from Montpellier’s cuisine, including oysters from the port of Sète. As we continue our explorations, we will enjoy fougasse, a type of bread from southern France, along with puff pastries, olive oils, tapenades, chocolates, and Occitanian wine.
The tour lasts for 3 hours, after which we will return to the starting point and conclude the gastronomic experience.
