Montpellier Wine + Oyster Tasting Tour

We'll meet at the Esplanade de l'Europe in Montpellier at 10 am and head south towards the Étang de Thau, known for oyster farming.

Upon arrival at the Étang de Thau, we will visit an oyster farm to learn about the cultivation and harvesting of oysters. The scenery of the Bouzigues lagoon contributes to the experience.

The visit will include a tasting of freshly caught oysters. Following this, we will proceed to a wine estate on the outskirts of Montpellier for a wine tasting.

At the next stop, we will explore the cellar and learn about the Languedoc region's wine-making process. The tasting will feature a selection of whites, reds, and rosés.

The tour concludes with our return to Montpellier at 1:30 pm.
