On the day of the tour, we'll meet at 9:30 am at the Esplanade de l'Europe in Montpellier. We will leave the city and head to rural Languedoc for tastings of the region's products.

Our first stop is a traditional vineyard, where we will learn about the stages of wine production. We will proceed to the winery for a tasting of Languedoc wines, benefiting from the region's Mediterranean climate.

Next, we'll visit a family-owned olive estate. Here, in a scenic setting with a 16th-century mill, we will discover how the family produces olive oil, a vital component of local cuisine.

After the visit, we will taste various local products, including olive oil, olives, vinegars, and a liqueur called farigoule. The flavors of the south of France will provide a memorable experience.

We will conclude the tour and return to Montpellier by 12:30 pm.
