We'll meet at 9:30 am at the Esplanade de l'Europe in Montpellier before heading to rural Languedoc to sample the area's fine products.

Our first stop will be at a traditional vineyard, where we will learn about wine production stages. Following this, we will visit the winery for a tasting of Languedoc wines, utilizing the region's Mediterranean climate.

Next, we will visit a family-owned olive estate, where we will discover the process of olive oil production. This estate features a 16th century mill, highlighting the significance of olive oil in local cuisine.

After the farm visit, we will taste various local products including olive oil, olives, vinegars, and a liqueur named farigoule, enhancing the experience of southern French flavors.

We will return to Montpellier by 12:30 pm.
