Our adventure begins at the designated time at the Place de l'Europe. From here, we embark on a journey from Montpellier to Sète, often regarded as one of the most stunning destinations in southern France.

Upon reaching our destination, we'll be greeted by breathtaking views of the Bassin de Thau, the largest lake in the Occitania region. Following this, we will spend an hour exploring the charming seaside district of La Pointe Courte, where the iconic fishermen's houses preserve the timeless charm of the past.

Subsequently, we will visit an oyster farm, where a seasoned oyster farmer, carrying on a family tradition, will share insights into the cultivation of oysters and various shellfish in this area, known for its favorable conditions.

No visit would be complete without indulging in a delightful oyster tasting. We will sample the celebrated Bouzigue oysters and savor Brasucade prepared with grilled mussels. Both dishes boast a succulent texture, ideally complemented by a splash of lemon or vinegar infused with tarragon. This culinary treat promises to be delightful!

Following this exquisite gastronomic journey, we will return to the meeting point in Montpellier, bringing our 4-hour adventure to a close.
