Glacier 3000 & Les Diablerets from Montreux
At 9:45 am, we'll depart from the Place de l'Eurovision, outside the Montreux Tourist Office, heading east. After a 45-minute drive, we arrive at Les Diablerets, a picturesque village in the Swiss canton of Vaud. You will have free time to explore Les Diablerets. From here, enjoy views of Glacier 3000, a major ski resort with multiple slopes and lifts.
For those interested in experiencing Glacier 3000, a cable car ticket option is available. Alternatively, you can remain in Les Diablerets, walk the streets, and sample local cuisine. In the afternoon, we will meet in the village center for the return journey to Montreux, arriving back at 5 pm.
Glacier 3000 Cable Car
You can book the Glacier 3000 cable car ticket, which includes a return journey from Col du Pillon in Les Diablerets to the top of Glacier 3000. The 15-minute ride offers panoramic views of the Vaudoise Alps. The ticket grants access to the Scex Rouge station at 2,971 metres and two main attractions: Peak Walk and Fun Park.
The Peak Walk By Tissot is a 107-metre suspension bridge leading to a viewpoint at 3,000 metres. The Fun Park, accessible via the Ice Express chairlift, is a snow park for tobogganing.
