Tour of Morelia
We'll meet at the designated time on Avenida Francisco I Madero to start our guided tour of Morelia.
First, we'll walk through the historic center of the city to see Baroque-style buildings made of pink stone, including the Metropolitan Cathedral of Morelia, the symbol of the town.
We will continue discovering Morelia's history and culture while admiring colonial architecture examples, such as the Cathedral, University of Morelia, the ancient Jesuit School, Plaza de Armas, and Palacio de Justicia.
Next, we'll stop at the Conservatory of Las Rosas, founded in 1743, and visit the Morelos Birthplace Museum, where we will review the history of a hero of Mexican Independence.
The tour will conclude at this last point after 2 hours.
