Los Filtros Viejos Adventure Tour

After picking you up at 10 am from your hotel in Morelia, we'll head to the Los Filtros Viejos nature reserve, where we'll embark on an adventure tour.

Upon arrival, we'll set off on a two to three hour hiking route. This hike will allow us to observe some of the 102 species of birds that inhabit the reserve, such as the harlequin quail, the elegant fruiteater, and the acorn woodpecker. We will also learn about the local flora, including the American cedar and the flame coral tree. During the hike, we will admire a waterfall and see the remains of the old Morelia aqueduct.

After the hike, we will stop at a rocky area for abseiling, descending an 8-meter high wall. You'll have some free time to eat before we board the minibus for the return trip to your hotel in Morelia at 6 pm.
