Tzintzuntzan, Santa Fe de la Laguna, & Pátcuaro

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Morelia and set off to visit some of the most interesting places in Michoacán.

First, we'll stop in Santa Fe de la Laguna. As we walk the streets of this historic town, we will see the pottery workshops and traditional clothing, showcasing how the Purhepecha customs are preserved. You will have 30 minutes of free time to get some food in Santa Fe de la Laguna. Afterward, we will head towards the Magical Village of Tzintzuntzan, where we will visit the archaeological site of the most important city in the Purhepecha Empire. We will learn about its history through the yácatas, the ceremonial center, and the ruins of temples such as Curicaueri.

In Tzintzuntzan, we will admire the former Franciscan Convent of Santa Ana, the Church of San Francisco de Asis, and the Church of La Soledad.

We will then set off for our last destination of the day: Pátcuaro, a Magical Village with over 500 years of history. We will stroll through its cobblestone roads, admiring the Baroque and Neo-Classical churches, squares, and traditional houses.

Finally, we will return to Morelia, arriving at your hotel 10 hours later.
