At your chosen time, we'll start the tour either at your hotel or from a central location in Bern. During this private walking tour, we'll discover the history of the Swiss capital and see its iconic monuments.

As this is a private tour, you'll get to decide the route you'd like to follow. We'll stroll around the historic centre of the city and stop at places that draw your attention to discuss them in detail.

We'll visit the Old City, a UNESCO Cultural World Heritage Site, noted for its well-preserved medieval layout. In the Old City, we'll see Bern Minster, the medieval Zytglogge astronomical clock tower, and various fountains on Spitalgasse and Kramgasse streets. You may also visit the Federal Palace of Switzerland and the house where Albert Einstein resided in the early 20th century.

Another highlight is the Bärenpark, home to several brown bears. We'll discuss how these animals symbolize Bern and their connection to the city's name.
