24-hour ticket: provides unlimited access to the Big Bus Green Line for one day.Full 24-hour ticket: allows travel on both green and orange lines, with unrestricted access to the Big Bus for 24 hours.Full 48-hour ticket: offers unlimited access to the Big Bus for 48 hours on both the green and orange routes.

Operational Details

Your ticket for the Munich Big Bus is valid for 24 or 48 hours from its initial use. For example, if a 48-hour ticket is activated on a Monday at 3 pm, it remains valid until Wednesday at 3 pm.

During this period, you have the freedom to hop on and off the buses as often as you wish to discover Munich’s prominent attractions and landmarks.

Schedule & Frequencies

Here are the pertinent schedules and frequencies for the Big Bus service:

Green Line

Schedule & frequency (Monday to Friday): from 10 am to 5 pm. Buses operate every 20 minutes until 1 pm and every 30 minutes thereafter.Schedule & frequency (Weekends): service runs from 10 am to 5 pm, with a bus every 30 minutes.Total duration of the route: approximately 1 hour.

Orange Line
