Thanks to the Munich sightseeing bus, Big Bus, you'll enjoy a unique perspective of the German city. It has two routes with various stops at key attractions in Munich, including Marienplatz, Stachus, Nymphenburg Palace, and Olympiapark.

This double-decker convertible vehicle allows you to tour the city at your own pace, hopping on and off at any stops as many times as you like. The route features commentaries recorded in English.

Key places on the two Munich Big Bus routes include:

You can choose from the following options:

24-hour ticket: Unlimited access to the Big Bus Green Line for 24 hours.Full 24-hour ticket: Access to both lines and unlimited use for 24 hours.Full 48-hour ticket: Unlimited use for 48 hours on both routes.

How does it work?

The ticket for the Munich Big Bus is valid for 24 or 48 hours from the time it's first used. You can hop on and off as often as you like. A start date is requested when booking, but you can use the service within 6 months. A voucher will be sent via email, which must be presented on the first bus.

Please note the following Big Bus timetables and frequencies:

Green line

Times: daily from 10 am to 5 pm.Frequency: every 30 minutes.Total duration of the route: about 1 hour.

Orange line
