If you're travelling to Munich in December this year, don't miss out on their world-famous Christmas markets for a traditional festive experience. We'll enjoy a tour of their markets, making food stops along the way to discover Munich's best festive treats!

Tour Details

We'll meet at the designated time near the Munich Central Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) before starting our Christmas Market Food Tour. The tour begins with delicious gingerbread and a warm cup of mulled wine.

During our food tour of Munich's Christmas markets, we'll make a total of 4 food stops and 2 stops for festive drinks. We'll sample Christmas treats such as sugared almonds, sweet chestnuts, and Feuerzangenbowle, a traditional drink.

Our first stop will be Marienplatz, the central square featuring one of the city's prominent Christmas markets. We'll also visit the Christmas Village in the Kaiserhof der Residenz, showcasing traditional wooden huts. Additionally, the tour includes the Kripperlmarkt Manger Market, which offers various nativity figures and mangers.

Finally, we'll visit the Mittelaltermarkt Munchen, Munich's medieval Christmas market, resembling an authentic German medieval market with performers and merchants in period costumes.

After a total of 3 hours enjoying Germany's magical Christmas markets and traditional festive treats, we'll conclude the tour immersed in Christmas spirit.
