Join us at the Aldonza Gourmet Winery to explore the gastronomic secrets of Castilla-La Mancha. We will meet at the entrance of the winery to start understanding the typical products of the land of Don Quijote.

The winery is situated in the Sierra de Alcaraz and Campos de Montiel, showcasing the essence of Manchegan gastronomy. During the visit, we will uncover the secrets behind the production of wine, cheese, olive oil, cava, and saffron.

We will begin with a tour of the winery's facilities, focusing on the wines from Albacete, including a visit to the production room and the barrel room, highlighting the blend of tradition and innovation.

Next, we will proceed to the Aldonza Gourmet oil mill to learn about the elaboration process of extra virgin olive oil. To conclude the tour, you will receive a gift from the winery as a memento of your visit.
