2-Day Trip to Cappadocia

On this 2-day tour to Cappadocia, we will travel from Antalya to one of Turkey's iconic landscapes.

Tour Highlights

Day 1

Pick-up will be from your hotel in Antalya to begin our trip to Cappadocia. The journey will include a breakfast break in the Taurus Mountains at an altitude of 1,825 meters (5,987 feet) above sea level, featuring panoramic views.

We'll pass through Konya, Alsaray, and Nev?ehir to reach the underground city of Saratli, created by Christian communities for defense against Arab invasions. The tour also covers the ancient cities of Kaya and Çam Kulesi, a 13th-century Byzantine fortress, and a church dedicated to the Virgin Mary.

A lunch break will be taken at a local restaurant (not included), followed by a visit to Devrent Valley, known for its unique rock formations called fairy chimneys. The next stop is the village of Cavusin, where we will explore the Church of St. John the Baptist and enjoy scenic views of Cappadocia.

The day concludes at the Göreme Open Air Museum before heading to the hotel for dinner and rest.

Day 2

The second day begins with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a journey to the banks of the Red River, showcasing fairy chimneys and valleys. We will then head to the Valley of the Doves between Göreme and Uchisar, ascending to the highest point in Cappadocia for panoramic views.

Free time for lunch will be provided at a nearby restaurant. The return to your hotel in Antalya will be scheduled to arrive between 7 and 8 pm.
