At 9 am, we'll meet in the Barranco El Cigarrón car park, in El Palmar. We will start walking along a path leading to the bed of the Cigarrón ravine, observing the extraordinary rock formations.

Once we arrive at the head of the canyon, we'll provide a brief explanation on safety and equipment handling. Ready? Let's start!

We'll spend the morning abseiling down several canyons of different heights, beginning with a simple 23-foot (7-metre) canyon and progressing to canyons up to 56 feet (17 metres) high. Prepare for an adrenaline rush!

After our last descent, we'll walk back to the car park where our activity will conclude.
