Mutigny Vineyards Tour

With this tour through the vineyards of Mutigny, we will discover the secrets of champagne.

Options

When booking, you can choose between four options. All start from Place de la Mairie and include a tour of the Mutigny vineyards with a guide in English and French.

Tour with wine tasting (1.5 hours)

This guided tour will take us on a 2-kilometer path called Sentier du vigneron, highlighting the importance of wine in France. Participants will enjoy views of the Marne Valley, part of the former Champagne-Ardenne region. The tour includes information about the effect of phylloxera on the vine and how this area became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It concludes with a tasting of a local wine.

Tour with champagne tasting, 2 glasses (2 hours)

This guided tour follows the same itinerary and includes the preservation techniques of the environment, ending with two glasses of French champagne.

Tour with champagne tasting, 3 glasses (2 hours)

This tour covers interesting facts, including the 2015 sale of 312 million bottles of champagne. After the walk, participants will taste three types of champagne from the region.

Tour with wine tasting & lunch (2 hours)

This option starts with a guided tour of the Mutigny vineyards and concludes with a tasting of local wine accompanied by a picnic featuring a Parisian sandwich, a salad, and a dessert.
