Mykonos, Ano Mera & Farm Tour

On this tour of Mykonos, we'll discover the true beauty of this Greek island. We'll visit the picturesque San Ioannis harbour, the charming small village of Ano Mera, and a local farm.

Description

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel or the cruise port and start a tour of Mykonos. First, we'll proceed to a viewpoint for photos of the island, then head to the small harbour of San Ioannis, known for its fishing boats that shield from northern winds.

Next, we'll visit St. Ioannis Church, adjacent to a cell where the saint was reportedly held captive. After learning about the town's history, we'll proceed to Mykonos airport to observe the operational flights in this small location.

We'll then visit Ano Mera, the island's only inland village, exploring its whitewashed houses and visiting the Panagia Tourliani monastery, founded in 1542.

The next stop is a visit to the Mykonian farm, where you can learn about agricultural techniques. At the farm, you may enjoy a delicious snack on your own, typically including Greek salad, feta cheese, olives, tzatziki, dolmadakia, a stuffed tomato, bread, and a drink.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point after visiting beautiful beaches such as Kalo Livadi, Kalafati, and Agia Anna, concluding a 4-hour sightseeing tour.
