Mykonos, Ano Mera & Farm Tour

On this tour of Mykonos, we'll discover the beauty of this Greek island, visiting San Ioannis harbour, Ano Mera, and a local farm.

Description

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel or the cruise port to start the Mykonos tour.

First, we will visit a viewpoint for photos and then head to the small harbour of San Ioannis, where fishing boats set sail to protect themselves from strong winds.

Next, we will visit St. Ioannis Church, next to a cell where the saint was reportedly held captive. After learning about the town's history, we'll proceed to Mykonos airport to observe plane landings and takeoffs.

Then, we'll travel to Ano Mera, the island's only inland village, exploring its whitewashed houses and narrow streets. We will visit the Panagia Tourliani monastery, founded in 1542, an example of traditional Greek architecture.

Our next stop will be a Mykonian farm, where you'll learn about crop cultivation and animal care, along with a presentation on local wine history and winemaking traditions.

You can enjoy a snack at your leisure, typically consisting of Greek salad, feta cheese, olives, tzatziki, dolmadakia, stuffed tomato, bread, and a drink. Finally, we will visit beautiful beaches such as Kalo Livadi, Kalafati, and Agia Anna before concluding the tour after 4 hours of sightseeing.

Hotel Pickup

This experience includes pickup from Mykonos hotels. However, a supplement of 10EUR per person will be charged for pickups from Elia, Kalafatis, Agrari, Panormos, Super Paradise, and Kanalia.
