At the designated meeting time, we will gather at the parking lot of Sólheimajökull glacier. Once everyone is present, we’ll provide a brief introduction with essential tips to effectively manage the kayaks.

After getting suited up in appropriate attire for our expedition to Sólheimajökull glacier, we will board our kayaks and begin the exploration. As we paddle through the lagoon, you can take in the magnificent and captivating Icelandic wilderness.

Guided by the icy formations, we'll navigate among the icebergs detached from Sólheimajökull, unveiling the rich narratives that this enchanting natural wonder has to offer in southern Iceland. Additionally, we’ll delve into the science of glaciers as we experience the sights firsthand.
