At the scheduled time, we'll meet in the Sanmachi Suji neighbourhood in Takayama and walk to the premises to learn about the secrets behind rice liquor.

300 years ago, there were more than 50 distilleries in this Japanese city. During the tour, we will visit an old winery to learn how sake is produced, with some theories suggesting that this Japanese specialty has been made since the 3rd century. Additionally, we will enjoy a tasting during the visit.

After half an hour of experience, we will finish the activity outside the premises.
