We will gather at the designated hour in the Sanmachi Suji district of Takayama and stroll towards the brewery where you will uncover the intriguing journey of rice liquor.

Interestingly, over three centuries ago, this charming city boasted more than 50 sake distilleries, a remarkable number! This historical backdrop makes it an ideal location to delve into the sake tradition and its diverse varieties.

During the visit to a historic sake brewery, we will roam through its facilities to learn about the production process. Historical accounts suggest that this Japanese drink has been crafted since the 3rd century. As a highlight of your experience, we will partake in a tasting session. Kanpai!

The activity will come to a close approximately thirty minutes later, finishing outside the brewery premises.
