At the scheduled time, we'll meet in the Sanmachi Suji neighbourhood in Takayama and walk to the premises to uncover the secrets behind rice liquor.

Historically, there were more than 50 distilleries in this city, showcasing its rich sake tradition and various varieties.

We'll visit an old winery and tour its premises to learn about sake production, which has reportedly been made since the 3rd century. During the visit, we'll also participate in a tasting session.

After half an hour, the activity will conclude outside the premises.
