Tour Options

When booking a visit to the Graycliff Chocolatier, you can choose between two types of experiences. Both options meet at the factory's entrance on Hill Street.

Standard Tour (15 Minutes)

This tour shares the history of cacao's origins in the Bahamas and explores the factory's facilities. You'll learn about the elaboration process of chocolate, from cacao seed roasting to the grinding process. At the end, you will try two types of Graycliff chocolate.

Tour + Chocolate Workshop (1 Hour)

This option includes the same tour as above, with an additional chocolate-making workshop. You will wear proper attire and learn the process and techniques for making chocolate. You'll create chocolate bars, bonbons, truffles, and chocolate pops for cocktails, and have the opportunity to taste your chocolate masterpieces.

Schedules: The tour with the chocolate workshop is available every day at 9:45 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm.
