Torres del Paine National Park 5-Day Hiking Tour

The Torres del Paine National Park, the Valle del Francés, and other natural attractions are featured in this 5-day hiking route through Chile's Patagonia.

Hiking Tour Details

Day 1: Puerto Natales - Torres del Paine

Pickup will occur from your hotel in Puerto Natales. Transportation will include a bus to Laguna Amarga and a minibus to the Torres del Paine National Park Welcome Centre. A hiking route will commence, including a picnic-style lunch before reaching the Base de las Torres viewpoint. The day covers a total of 24km (14.9 miles) and ends at a camping site for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Torres del Paine

After breakfast, a second hiking route of 14km (8.69 miles) will take us around Cuernos del Paine and along the Nordenskjöld Lake. The day concludes with dinner and rest at a lakeside encampment.

Day 3: Torres del Paine - Valle del Francés - Torres del Paine

After breakfast, we will hike approximately 12km (7.45 miles) to the Valle del Francés viewpoint, observing the Hoja, Espada, and Fortaleza mountain ridges as well as the Nordenskjöld and Pehoé Lakes. The day will include a light snack and end with dinner and overnight at camp.

Day 4: Torres del Paine - Grey Glacier

On this day, we will hike 11km (6.8 miles) to the Grey Glacier. The evening allows for an optional walk on the suspension bridge or kayaking on Lake Grey, followed by dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 5: Grey Glacier - Torres del Paine - Puerto Natales

Breakfast will be next to Lake Grey followed by a hike to the refuge from the first and third days. A 30-minute catamaran ride on Lake Pehoé is available. After regrouping, we will return to Puerto Natales by bus, estimated arrival at 10 pm.

The tour includes 4 nights of camping in 4-star locations:

Each participant will be provided with a sleeping bag. The tour includes 4 breakfasts and 4 dinners served at the accommodations, and 5 lunches will be picnic-style.
