Aletsch Explorer Day Pass

The Aletsch Arena is ideal for snow enthusiasts, providing access to hikes, viewpoints, and the Great Aletsch Glacier. The Aletsch Explorer Pass allows for unlimited use of cable cars at Aletsch Arena for one day. It is recommended to start early to maximize the experience.

The cable cars connect all peaks and hiking trails of the ski resort.

Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn Train

The pass also includes a ticket for the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn (MGBahn), connecting Brig and Fürgangen. It provides access to Riederalp and Bettmeralp, and allows for walks from Moosfluh to Riederfurka, finishing at Villa Cassel, a 19th-century castle.

How does it work?

To use the Aletsch Explorer Pass, collect your passes by presenting your booking voucher at Aletsch Bahnen AG ticket offices:

Mörel to Riederalp: Furkastrasse 29, 3983 Mörel-Filet.Betten Talstation towards Bettmeralp: Guldersand, 3993 Grengiols.Fiesch to Fiescheralp: Fieschertalstrasse 1, 3984 Fiesch. Note: This viewpoint will be closed from September 2024 until December 2025.
