Bodyboard Lesson in Nazaré

We'll meet at your selected time at the surf school located in Avenida da Republica in Nazaré. Prepare to face the biggest waves in Portugal on a bodyboard.

Bodyboarding, or boogie boarding, is a water sport similar to surfing, where you ride the waves on your belly. Bodyboards are smaller and lighter than surfboards, which makes them easier to handle. We will teach you how to use all the bodyboarding equipment on Nazaré beach, including simple warm-up exercises.

After preparation on the sand, we will practice in the waters of Nazaré beach with our bodyboards. This area of the Atlantic is known for having great waves, providing many opportunities to catch them on our boards. You'll experience the adrenaline rush of bodyboarding!

At the end of the hour and a half lesson, we will return to the surf school to hand back all the bodyboarding equipment.
