Ride the biggest waves in Portugal enjoying surf lessons in Nazaré! Learn to handle the board and practise surfing techniques with expert instructors in the Atlantic Ocean.

Nazaré Surf School

At your selected time, we'll meet at the surf school on Avenida da Republica in Nazaré, known for its biggest waves in Portugal. After getting equipped with wetsuits and surfing gear, we’ll go to Nazaré's large beach to start with warm-up exercises on the sand. We will learn basic safety techniques to handle the surfboard effectively.

Next, we’ll proceed to the water, where we’ll wait for the perfect moment to catch one of Nazaré's famous waves. As you gain more confidence on the surfboard, your skills will improve over time. Surfing requires patience, but once you master it, you will enjoy the experience.

At the end of the activity, which lasts one and a half hours, we will return to the surf school.
