World Heritage Monasteries Day Trip

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Nazaré at the scheduled time and set off for our first stop: the Alcobaça Monastery. Considered the first Gothic work in Portugal, it's been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1989. You'll have an hour and a half of free time to explore this building at your leisure.

Afterwards, we will head to Batalha to visit the Santa Maria da Vitória Monastery, known for its architectural and historical significance. Here, you'll have an hour of free time to explore or get something to eat in the area.

Lastly, we will visit Tomar to see the Convent of Christ, located inside Templar Castle, and another UNESCO World Heritage Site. After enjoying an hour of free time in Tomar, we’ll begin the return journey to Nazaré, arriving 7 hours after departure.
