At the scheduled time, we'll meet on Via Duomo, in the historic center of Naples. From here, we will enter the Royal Chapel of the Treasure of San Gennaro to start learning about its history.

San Gennaro is the patron saint of Naples. His Royal Chapel contains his relics and numerous pieces of art donated by various Popes, sovereigns, and the Neapolitan people.

During the tour, we will visit the sacristy, explore the chapels, and view nearly 50 sculptures made of gold, silver, bronze, and precious stones, exemplifying Neapolitan Baroque.

We will discuss the biography of San Gennaro, covering legends of his birth and the details of his martyrdom in the 4th century.

After a visit lasting 50-60 minutes, we will conclude the tour and exit the chapel.
