Workshop Details

At the time of your choosing when booking, you'll meet at Via delle Zite 30, in the historic center of Naples for a 2-hour Italian pasta workshop.

Upon entering the restaurant, you'll meet the chef who will guide the culinary experience. You will discover the basic ingredients for making homemade pasta.

Following the chef's explanations, you'll prepare the pasta and learn techniques for achieving perfect texture. You can choose between preparing stuffed ravioli or tagliatelle.

After cooking, you will learn to make two sauces that complement the pasta. Once ready, you'll sit down to enjoy a meal featuring your creations, which includes two dishes and a drink.

After the 2-hour workshop, you will say goodbye outside the restaurant, having gained expertise in Italian pasta.
