Workshop Details

At the time you choose when booking, we'll meet at Via delle Zite 30, in the heart of the historic centre of Naples, where we'll spend the next 2 hours enjoying a pasta workshop.

Upon arrival, we'll meet the chef who will guide us through the culinary experience. We will discover the basic ingredients for making homemade pasta.

Following the chef's instructions, we'll prepare the pasta and learn techniques for achieving the right texture. You can choose between preparing stuffed ravioli or tagliatelle.

After cooking, we'll learn how to make two sauces that will complement the pasta. Once ready, we'll sit down to enjoy our creations, including two dishes and a drink.

After a 2-hour workshop, we'll say goodbye outside the restaurant, having gained expertise in Italian pasta.
