The history of Neapolitan pizza traces back to the 18th century. This delectable dish was already enjoying popularity on Naples’ streets, evolving into one of the world’s most renowned recipes. But what does it take to prepare a truly authentic Neapolitan pizza?
With the guidance of a local chef, you'll choose the freshest ingredients and begin the process of crafting the tomato sauce and the dough. We’ll knead the base and then layer on the sauce and toppings. After a few moments in the traditional wood-fired oven, your masterpiece will be complete!
