Vesuvius & Herculaneum Excursion
Join us on a journey to two remarkable sites near Naples, Italy. Starting at 9:30 am from Piazza Garibaldi, we will first explore Herculaneum, an ancient Roman city wealthier than Pompeii. With a skip-the-line ticket, you can marvel at the House of the Deer, Forum Baths, and mosaics like the House of Neptune and Amphitrite.
After three hours at Herculaneum, we will make our way to Mount Vesuvius, enjoying views of the Gulf of Naples. At 1,000 meters, you can hike to the crater, witnessing solidified lava flows and learning about the catastrophic eruption of 79 AD that buried Herculaneum and Pompeii.
Our journey concludes as we return to Naples around 4:30 pm, leaving you with memories of these extraordinary archaeological wonders.
