At 9 am, pickup will be from your hotel in Negombo for a 40-minute drive to Colombo.
The first stop is Beira Lake to visit the Gangarama Temple, which houses the smallest Buddha statue in the world. Next, we'll explore the Sri Kailawasanathan Devasthanam Swami Kovil, known as the Hindu Temple of Colombo, recognized for its sculptures.
Moving on, we will visit Independence Square, which honors Sri Lanka's independence from the British Empire in 1948, and see the Colombo Lotus Tower, a 350-meter-high telecommunications structure.
Our tour includes a visit to the Aukana Buddha Statue replica, the tallest Buddha in Sri Lanka, where we will learn about its significant history. The tour concludes with a short walk through the bazaars.
The tour ends with return to your hotel in Negombo at 3 pm.
