Paicol Day Trip + Caving in the Caja de Agua Cave

On this day trip to Paicol, we'll visit an old colonial town in Huila before going on a caving adventure in the Caja de Agua cave!

Description

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Neiva and make our way to Paicol. This municipality, located in the west of the department of Huila, offers a combination of history, nature, and adventure activities.

Upon arrival, we'll go on a 1-hour guided tour of Paicol to see the main landmarks including the church of Santa Rosa de Lima, colonial houses, and cobblestone streets.

After the tour, we'll venture to the Caja de Agua cave for a thrilling caving adventure. All necessary safety equipment will be provided for exploring this geological wonder.

We'll explore the Caja de Agua passage and various hidden caves, encountering wells, waterfalls, and natural pools along the way. After spending 4 hours in the cave, we will have lunch at a nearby restaurant.

To conclude our day, we'll hike to the Serpentine waterfall, where you can take a dip if desired. We will then return to the minibus and drop you off at your hotel after 10 hours of activity.
