Cómpeta Day Trip + Wine Tasting

On this day trip to Cómpeta, you will explore one of the white villages of Axarquía, known for its Moorish heritage and views of the Mediterranean. The tour includes a visit to a family-run winery where you will taste unique wines.

Day Trip Details

You will be picked up from your hotel in Nerja and travel approximately 45 minutes to Cómpeta. Once there, you will have 30 minutes of free time followed by a guided tour lasting about 1.5 hours, focusing on the town's history and traditions. The tour will take you through the old quarter and showcase the area's Andalusian past and wine tradition. Artisan products such as honey and olive oil can be purchased along the way.

The itinerary includes a visit to a traditional family winery, managed by the fourth generation of winegrowers. You will learn about the wine-making process, particularly for Muscat of Alexandria and Romé grape varieties. A tasting of 4 wines, both dry and sweet, paired with cold tapas made with local products, will conclude your visit.

After 6 hours of activity, you will return to your hotel.
