Washington DC & Philadelphia Day Trip

We'll meet outside the Renaissance Hotel in Times Square at 5 am. A comfortable air-conditioned bus will take us to Washington DC. After a 5-hour drive, with a halfway stop, we'll arrive and start a day trip tour.

The tour begins at the Iwo Jima Memorial, followed by the Abraham Lincoln Memorial and stops at the monuments for the Korean and Vietnam Wars.

Next, we will visit the White House from the outside and learn about its history. Afterward, we'll see the Capitol, the decision-making center of the nation.

After the sites of Washington, you will have an hour of free time for lunch at a local restaurant. Then, we'll return to the bus to travel to Philadelphia, the first capital of the United States.

In Philadelphia, we'll view the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall from the outside. Our next stop will be the Rocky's Stairs at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, where you can climb the 72 steps.

Finally, at 6:30 pm we'll start our return journey to New York, arriving in Times Square around 8:30 pm.
