We will depart early in the morning from your hotel in Saly and head north into the coastal region of Thiès.

Upon arrival at the Keur Moussa monastery, every Sunday, the Benedictine monks celebrate mass, accompanied by music played on traditional West African instruments such as the kora, balafon, and djembe.

An unforgettable experience awaits as the monks recite their Gregorian chants. The ceremony lasts for about an hour and reflects the cultural diversity shaped by Senegal's strategic coastal location.

After the mass, you can visit the shop for artisan products handcrafted by the monks. You may purchase a souvenir of your experience.

Finally, we will return to Saly by bus, arriving around 12 am.
