Tribal Village Private Trip
We will collect you from your hotel in Saly to begin this trip focused on the traditions and way of life of Senegal's indigenous cultures. You will visit the tribal village of either the Serer or Fulani people.
Learn about the tribe's customs, society organization, and how they construct houses and schools. Our professional guide will provide insights into each community's characteristics. The Serer are the largest indigenous group and primarily follow the Christian religion, while the Fulani are Muslim and lead a nomadic lifestyle.
Participate in moments with these communities as they carry out their daily activities, observing traditional fishing or shepherding techniques passed down through generations. If fortunate, you may witness a marketplace where traditional products handcrafted by local inhabitants are sold.
We will return to Saly at around 12 pm, where you will be dropped back off at your hotel.
