Tribal Village Private Trip

We will collect you from your hotel in Saly and begin our trip to explore the traditions and lifestyles of Senegal's indigenous cultures. You will visit the tribal village of either the Serer or Fulani people.

During the visit, you will learn about the tribe's customs, societal organization, and housing and educational structures. A professional guide will provide insights into each community. The Serer are the largest indigenous group and primarily practice Christianity, while the Fulani are Muslim and maintain a nomadic lifestyle.

You will also engage with these communities in their day-to-day activities, witnessing traditional fishing and shepherding techniques used for centuries. If fortunate, you may visit a marketplace selling traditional handcrafted products made by local inhabitants.

We will return to Saly at around 12 pm, dropping you off at your hotel.
