Cabo de Gata Kayak Tour

Explore the beautiful coastline along the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park with our kayak tour and enjoy an idyllic beach cove.

Kayak Details

Our experience starts on the beach at Cala del Cuervo in Las Negras, Almeria. After a 15-minute presentation on paddling, we'll begin our guided tour. We'll navigate along the stunning coastline of Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park towards Playazo de Rodalquilar Beach.

Along the way, we will pass San Ramón Castle and the Cuervo and Palomas Caves. Our guide will provide insights about the area's history, geography, and wildlife. A support boat will accompany us throughout the journey.

The kayak trip continues to Cala del Bergantín beach cove, where we will stop for around 40 minutes to bathe in the sea. After this break, we will return to the beach at Cala del Cuervo.

Souvenir Photos

We will capture a photo report of your experience. At the end of the trip, an internet link will be provided for you to access and download the photos two hours after the tour.

Important Info

Participants must know how to swim and be physically able to paddle a kayak.

The activity has a weight limit of 135 kg (297 lbs) for safety reasons.

Meeting Point

This activity begins at Cala del Cuervo in Las Negras. If weather conditions are unfavorable, the tour may start from another nearby point, such as La Fabriquilla Beach or Agua Amarga Beach. Any changes to the meeting point will be communicated the day before the tour.
