Description

We'll meet at a time of your choice on the beach of Agua Amarga, where we'll have a quick lesson on how to use our paddles and kayaks before embarking on a journey along the coast of Almeria.

After these instructions, we'll begin the kayak tour through the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park. Along the route, we’ll take breaks to rest and learn about the natural and historical characteristics of this area. We'll stop at several volcanic coves and barrier reefs to discover the local landscapes. In one of these coves, we'll take a break for a drink of water and eat an energy bar.

With renewed energy, you'll have time to take a refreshing dip in the sea. The biodiversity in this area likely means you'll encounter schools of colorful fish while swimming. Finally, we'll return to the kayaks to paddle back to the starting point, arriving 3 hours after departure.

During the kayak tour, we'll take photos for you to remember the activity. At the end of the tour, we'll provide a link to download the pictures for free, available two weeks after the tour.

It's essential to know how to swim and handle the kayak paddles independently.The minimum age for this tour is 3 years old.

Changes to the meeting point

This activity will begin at Agua Amarga Beach if the weather conditions are favorable. If the weather is adverse, we will start the tour at a nearby location, such as Cala del Cuervo or La Fabriquilla Beach. We will notify you the day before in such cases.
