Sail along coasts once frequented by pirates on this boat trip around Cabo de Gata, a place whose volcanic terrain and rugged landscapes will leave you speechless!
Tour Details
At your selected time, we'll meet at the port of San José, where a 26-foot boat with seats and a sundeck awaits for us to sail along the coast of the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park.
We'll depart from the beach of San José and head north or south, depending on the weather. If we head north, we'll sail along Cabo de Gata's coast, passing by the Cueva del Tabaco and the coves of Higuera, El Tomate, and Las Hermanicas. A stop for a swim in the Valle de los Escullos will be made before returning to San José.
If we head south, the boat will sail past the beach of Los Genoveses, with views of the Grande, Chica, and Principe coves and beaches of Mónsul and Media Luna. We will stop for a swim at Los Genoveses beach before returning to the port.
Regardless of the route, we will enjoy views of the steep cliffs and volcanic terrain. The tour includes information about the local ecosystems and the history of the region, including its connections to pirates.
After between 1 hour and 45 minutes and 2 hours of sailing, we'll conclude the activity by returning to the starting point.
