On this day trip to Grasse, we will explore a town known for its perfumery tradition, visit charming villages of Provence, and enjoy a wine tasting.

Grasse Excursion + Wine Tasting

After pickup at your hotel in Nice at 9 am, we will head to Grasse, a town in Provence. This village inspired Patrick Süskind's novel Perfume.

Grasse has a significant presence in the perfume industry, with numerous museums and factories. At the Fragonard factory, we will discuss the relevance of the perfumer's trade in this town.

Next, we will stop in Gourdon, where you can visit its church and the old town with stone houses.

Following this, we will travel to Tourettes-sur-Loup, known for its artisan workshops and cobblestone streets. A guided tour will explore its historic center and its significance as the City of Violets, celebrated each spring.

You will have free time in either Gourdon or Tourettes-sur-Loup to taste local cuisine.

Our day will conclude with a wine tasting at the renowned Bellet vineyards, recognized for one of the finest appellations in France.

We will return to your hotel in Nice by 5 pm.
