Delve into the heart of New Orleans on this tour of the French Quarter. We'll learn about the European origins of this city, visit City Park & the Garden District, and remember the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

New Orleans Tour

At the appointed time we'll pick you up from your hotel to begin our tour of New Orleans. We'll start by strolling along the banks of the Mississippi River.

During the tour of the French Quarter, we'll visit Jackson Square and the Cathedral of St. Louis, the oldest Catholic church in the United States. Nearby is the French Market.

We'll learn about the European heritage of the neighborhood as we stroll through its streets, which reflect its links to Bourbon Spain. After crossing Esplanade Avenue, we'll see houses over 100 years old leading to City Park, the sixth largest urban park in the United States.

Golf courses, an art museum, and a sculpture garden are attractions of City Park. We'll also visit a cemetery to discover unique burial practices in New Orleans.

Finally, we'll explore the Garden District, known for its historic mansions and oak trees, and visit an area impacted by Hurricane Katrina. After three hours, we'll drop you off at your hotel.

New Orleans + Barataria Preserve Boat Tour (7.5 hours)

For a complete experience, you can book the option that includes a boat tour of the Barataria Reserve. After the initial itinerary, we'll head south to traverse the marshes of Jean Lafitte National Park.

On board, you'll discover the area's rich flora and fauna, with over 200 species of wildlife possible to see.

New Orleans + Oak Alley Plantation Tour (9 hours)

You can choose the option that includes an excursion to Oak Alley. Here, we'll visit the mansion and learn about the history of one of the oldest plantations in Louisiana, completing the tour of New Orleans afterward.
