Day Trip to the Agrio Waterfall

Embark on a day trip from Caviahue or Copahue to witness the Salto del Agrio Waterfall, a 45-meter (150-foot) waterfall in the province of Neuquén.

Discover the Enchanting Salto del Agrio

Our adventure starts at designated meeting points in Caviahue and Copahue. The first stop will be at the viewpoint of the Lagunas las Mellizas and the Las Máquinas complex for scenic views with the Copahue Volcano in the background. We will then proceed to the Agrio Bridge, rich in history.

Afterward, we will arrive at the stunning Salto del Agrio to enjoy a one-hour visit. We will explore its unique landscape shaped by mineral-rich acidic waters and basalt walls while sharing facts about its geological features.

The journey will conclude three and a half hours after it begins, returning to the respective meeting points.
