Hualcupén Lagoon Excursion

On this excursion to the Hualcupén Lagoon, you'll visit a freshwater lake formed by the thawing of the surrounding mountains.

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the meeting point in Caviahue or Copahue and set off on our excursion to the Hualcupén Lagoon. After approximately 45 minutes of travel, we'll arrive at the Hualcupén Lagoon. You will have three hours of free time to explore and enjoy the landscapes.

Upon arrival, you can take a hiking route around the lagoon, which features volcanic sand and is surrounded by araucarias. In this area, you may also take a break to eat your packed lunch. Afterward, swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the lagoon is recommended.

Four hours after our arrival, we will return to the meeting point in Caviahue or Copahue.
