Linha Brasil Bike Tour

At 8 am we'll meet at Avenida Presidente Getúlio Vargas, where we'll get on a minibus and head towards Sociedade Linha Brasil. Ready for a day of adventure?

After about a 15-minute ride, we'll arrive at Linha Brasil, where we'll hand out helmets and gloves and hop on the bikes to get started. This will be a relatively fast bike tour full of incredible scenery, pedaling along a road with a total distance of 22 kilometers (13.7 miles) and 300 meters (984 feet) of elevation gain.

Along the way, we'll see houses with a German-inspired style of construction called enxaimel, plantations, the Igreja da Sociedade Linha Brasil, and even the impressive Morro Malakoff, a point offering fantastic panoramic views of the Caí River Valley.

As an added bonus, at the end of the bike tour, we'll have the opportunity to check out Parque Pedras do Silêncio, a park full of sculptures that tell the story of Germanic immigration to the region.

After about three hours of biking, we'll finish the tour at the meeting point.
