Copán 2 Day Tour

On this 2 day tour to the ruins in Copán, we'll explore significant Maya temples and palaces, an important archaeological site in Honduras.

Itinerary

Day 1: San Salvador - San Andrés - Copán

Pickup from your hotel in San Salvador will occur at 8:30 am. We will visit San Andrés Archaeological Park for a guided tour, focusing on its acropolis and pyramids. Afterward, we will cross the border into Honduras and arrive in Copán 4 hours later. The afternoon is free for dining, exploration, or resting at the hotel.

Day 2: Copán - San Salvador

At 9 am, we will proceed to Copán Archaeological Park for approximately 3 hours to visit the Maya ruins, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The site features pyramids, temples, altars, and sports fields.

At 1 pm, we will gather to return to El Salvador, with hotel drop-off in San Salvador at 6 pm.

3-Day Tour

If preferred, an extra night can be added, maintaining the same itinerary for the third day as described above.

Accommodation

This tour includes 1 or 2 nights of accommodation at a 3-star hotel: Hotel Plaza Copán, Don Udo's, or similar. The price indicated is per person in a double room.
