Sálvora Island Tour
At 10 am, we will depart from the port of El Grove to the island of Sálvora, part of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia National Park.
Following a short crossing of the Arosa estuary, we will disembark at the Sálvora dock for a tour lasting two and a half hours. This tour includes visits to the lighthouse and the old village on foot.
The Sálvora lighthouse had a significant role in World War II. We will discover its history and learn about the inhabitants of the old village, specifically its special granaries.
As we explore the trails, we will also encounter the wildlife of Sálvora. Before our return, we will hear about the island's mermaid, with its sculpture located next to the quay.
During our return trip, we will continue to enjoy the Galician seascapes. We will arrive back at the port of El Grove at 2:30 pm.
