Join us on a free tour of Oaxaca to discover this city, showcasing its colonial architecture and Mexican tradition.

Description

We'll begin our Oaxaca free tour in front of the Museo de los Pintores Oaxaqueños at the Zócalo central square. The first stop will be the Metropolitan Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption, a colonial masterpiece. Next, we'll visit the Santo Domingo Church, which has a history as a military warehouse and stable.

Continuing the route, we'll pass by the Macedonio Alcalá Theater and the Benito Juárez House-Museum, exploring the life of this significant figure. Our subsequent destination is the historic San Pablo Convent, another notable colonial monument in Oaxaca.

Next, we'll approach the Pre-Hispanic Art Market of Mexico, offering insights into its permanent collection, and giving participants an opportunity to visit it later. We will then immerse ourselves in the bustling Sanchez Pascuas Market, a marketplace featuring diverse products from various regions of Mexico.

Our journey will conclude near the old City Hall, marking the end of our two-hour Oaxaca free tour, providing a deeper understanding of the city's cultural heritage.
