Meeting time is 10 am at Rua António Mantas in Vila Nova de Milfontes. Participants will board a minibus to either Malhão or Furnas beach, depending on sea conditions.

At the beach, attendees will receive a theory class from a professional surfer. Instructors will adapt to each individual's experience level to teach various techniques, including terms like 'take-off' and 'line-up.'

Following 30 minutes of instruction, participants will warm up on the sand and then enter the water. In the sea, you will practice movements on the surfboard.

After the surf session, the group will return to Vila Nova de Milfontes, arriving at the starting point by 1 pm.
