Surf Class in Vila Nova de Milfontes

Our gathering starts at 10 am at Rua António Mantas in Vila Nova de Milfontes, from where we will board a minibus to reach either Malhão or Furnas beach, selected based on the day's sea conditions.

Upon arrival, participants will engage in a theoretical lesson led by an experienced surfer. Regardless of your skill level, instructors will tailor their guidance to suit your needs, covering various surfing techniques. Are terms like 'take-off' and 'line-up' part of your vocabulary?

Following a half-hour session of insights, we’ll stretch and condition our bodies on the sand before hitting the water! In the ocean, you'll practice your skills on the surfboard while relishing the warm breeze in this beautiful setting.

After an exhilarating time riding the waves, we will head back to Vila Nova de Milfontes, arriving at our starting point by 1 pm.
