The meeting point is at 10 am at Rua António Mantas in Vila Nova de Milfontes, from where a minibus will take participants to Malhão or Furnas beach, depending on sea conditions on the activity day.

Upon arrival, participants will attend a theory class with a professional surfer. Instructors will tailor the lesson to accommodate various experience levels, covering essential techniques.

Following the theory session, participants will prepare physically on the sand before heading into the water to practise surfing movements on the surfboard and enjoy the outdoor setting.

The session concludes with a return to Vila Nova de Milfontes, arriving back at the starting point by 1 pm.
