Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Oeiras Marina, where we'll start our paddleboard tour of Lisbon's coastline. Are you ready to discover the Portuguese capital's most beautiful beaches in a fun and unique way?

Before beginning the activity, we'll have a brief explanation on how to safely use the stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and its equipment, along with different paddling techniques. We'll provide life jackets and practice balancing on the beach, then proceed to the water.

Departing from Oeiras, located at the western end of Lisbon, we'll paddle towards the most famous beaches on the Estoril coast, passing several seafront fortresses. You'll see the Fort of São Julião da Barra overlooking Carcavelos Beach, and the fortresses of Santo Amaro and São João das Maias.

At the end of our 2-hour paddleboarding tour along the coast of Lisbon, we'll return to the starting point.
