Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Oeiras Marina to start our paddleboard tour of Lisbon's coastline. Are you ready to discover the Portuguese capital's most beautiful beaches?

Before the activity, there will be a brief explanation on how to safely use the stand-up paddleboard (SUP), its equipment, and various paddling techniques. Life jackets will be distributed and we will practice balancing on the beach. Then, it will be time to get into the water!

Departing from Oeiras, we will paddle towards the most famous beaches along the Estoril coast, passing several seafront fortresses. Notable sights include the Fort of São Julião da Barra, overlooking Carcavelos Beach, as well as the fortresses of Santo Amaro and São João das Maias.

At the end of our 2-hour paddleboarding tour along the coast of Lisbon, we will return to the starting point.
