Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll meet at the Locanda Murales Winery, in Olbia, located in northeastern Sardinia, a fascinating site nestled in the mountains of Gallura.

After meeting our guide, we'll visit the winery, exploring the barrel room and the vineyards. You'll discover the winemaking process—from the grape to the bottle, including the aging process, fermentation, and refinement in the barrel. The tour focuses on Sardinian winemaking, influenced by soil, climate, and the sea.

Children can interact with the farm animals on the estate, which includes chickens, geese, ducks, two donkeys, two goats, four lambs, two rabbits, and two Peruvian guinea pigs.

After the tour, you'll participate in a tasting of three wines, paired with typical local products. Depending on availability, you can choose from nine varieties: Sentenzia, Su Soi Vermentino, Mirades, Lumenera, Faulas, Kariasa, Su Soi Cannonau, Arcanos, and Nativo. Children will receive a soda or yogurt with a snack.

After 1.5 hours, we'll conclude our tour of the Locanda Murales Winery.
