Snorkeling in the Tavolara Protected Marine Area

Embark on a snorkeling adventure in the Protected Marine Area of Tavolara Island, exploring the underwater world along the northeast coast of Sardinia.

Boat Trip & Snorkeling Experience in Tavolara

We will gather at Olbia Marina at the scheduled time to start the snorkeling experience in Tavolara. Once aboard, we will set sail through the waters of this marine area, south of the Gulf of Olbia.

After thirty minutes of sailing, our first stop will be at Capo Ceraso, where we will snorkel in the waters of Poltu Casu, surrounded by granite rocks.

The next stop is beneath the limestone cliff of Tavolara, where a rich seabed awaits exploration.

A quick ten-minute sail from Tavolara will take us to the Molara pools, where you can enjoy the clear waters and observe vibrant marine life against the backdrop of granite rocks and island vegetation.

On board, we will provide water, cold drinks, and a snack of pizza. After exploring the Tavolara Protected Marine Area, we will return to Olbia Marina after approximately three hours and 45 minutes.
