Set in Oliete, nestled within the Teruel province, we will gather at the Apadrinaunolivo.org olive mill at the specified time. This mill is conveniently situated along the banks of the Martín River, at Camino de la Algecira, s/n.

Our adventure begins with an insightful exploration of the restoration journey of a previously neglected olive grove, rejuvenated thanks to the dedication of over 8,000 sponsors from across 30 nations. During this segment, you'll discover the unique traits of the olive trees and the traditional harvesting techniques employed.

Following this, a visit to the local olive oil mill will reveal the meticulous process of producing extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality. You will have the opportunity to taste two varieties of virgin olive oil, further enhancing your understanding of this craft.

To conclude this enriching experience, lasting approximately 2.5 hours, we will proceed to El Rincón del Olivo in the village square, where you can savor a tasting of preserved vegetables accompanied by a refreshing drink.
